I rented a house in Bonita National Golf and Country Club through VRBO for a vacation this year and to also check out the area for retirement. Mike Z and his team handled the process. He and his team are truly very friendly and super professional. The house was exactly as the photos showed and spotlessly clean. I would definitely recommend Mike Z Rentals for any and all of your real estate needs. I'm a pretty good judge of character. Mike and his team are very conscientious and will be up front and honest. If I do end up deciding to retire in Southwest Florida I won't hesitate to use Mike and his team when looking for a home to buy.

Mike's place was above and beyond what we expected. The home was stocked with everything we needed. Pool toys, beach chairs and umbrellas, a stroller, highchair, and tons of towels. We felt right at home. The home was spotless upon our arrival and Mike and his team quickly responded when we asked questions. We rented a house in Bonita Springs through Marriott homes and Villas. The house was clean and super relaxing. It had everything needed for a few days to relax and reset. Communication with MikeZ was great and they were very responsive. Would definitely rent the property again!
