Mike and his team checked on us to make sure we arrived and had everything we needed at the house. He was responsive and quickly helped us with questions we had and resolving minor issues at the house. He and Dennis were great to work with and we really appreciated all that they did.

This is the second year Mike Z Rentals has rented my home. The process to list my property is seamless. The staff is very proactive. Communication regarding renters is prompt. After the renters leave, my property is left in a very clean and presentable condition. Very good rental experiences so far!

I rented a house in Bonita National Golf and Country Club through VRBO for a vacation this year and to also check out the area for retirement. Mike Z and his team handled the process. He and his team are truly very friendly and super professional. The house was exactly as the photos showed and spotlessly clean. I would definitely recommend Mike Z Rentals for any and all of your real estate needs. I'm a pretty good judge of character. Mike and his team are very conscientious and will be up front and honest. If I do end up deciding to retire in Southwest Florida I won't hesitate to use Mike and his team when looking for a home to buy.

Mike's place was above and beyond what we expected. The home was stocked with everything we needed. Pool toys, beach chairs and umbrellas, a stroller, highchair, and tons of towels. We felt right at home. The home was spotless upon our arrival and Mike and his team quickly responded when we asked questions. We rented a house in Bonita Springs through Marriott homes and Villas. The house was clean and super relaxing. It had everything needed for a few days to relax and reset. Communication with MikeZ was great and they were very responsive. Would definitely rent the property again!
