Naples Pool Homes

Your Own Pool, Minutes From the Gulf

A private pool is the most-requested feature for a Naples vacation, and it’s what most of our Naples houses offer. Choose from:

  • Naples Park pool homes within about a mile of Vanderbilt Beach, many with bikes for the ride to the sand.
  • North Naples homes close to Mercato, Waterside Shops and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park.
  • Central and East Naples homes with more space for families, a short drive from Fifth Avenue South and the Naples Pier.

Prefer a resort with a shared pool instead? See our Park Shore Resort condos or Green Links golf villas at Lely Resort.

Naples Travel Guide

Good to Know Before Your Naples Stay

Beaches near our pool homes

Vanderbilt Beach is the closest beach to Naples Park and is known for its sunsets. Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park, just to the north, has quieter sand and a fishing pass. Further south, Lowdermilk Park and the Naples Pier are popular with families.

Dining and shopping

Fifth Avenue South and Third Street South are downtown Naples’ main dining and shopping streets. In North Naples, Mercato and Waterside Shops are a short drive from most of our homes.

When to visit

Winter and spring are peak season in Naples, with February and March the busiest months, so book early for those dates. Summer brings hot days, afternoon storms and better availability, and a pool makes the most of it.
