The primary suite features a king bed with lanai access overlooking the Gulf, tennis, and pickleball courts—a perfect spot for morning coffee. The en-suite bathroom is thoughtfully updated with a waterfall-edge vanity and glass-enclosed shower.

The second bedroom includes two twin beds and also features lanai access (shared with the primary bedroom) complete with a bistro table and chairs, ideal for guests or visiting family. The second bathroom offers a granite vanity and a walk-in shower with a sliding privacy glass door.

The main living area opens to a front-facing lanai with desirable southwestern exposure, creating a warm, sunlit space and beautiful sunset views. The kitchen is updated with new appliances, wood cabinetry, and waterfall quartz countertops, and flows into an indoor dining area for four—perfect for relaxed meals at home.

To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $50 non-refundable damage fee or a $1,000 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.

Please note: these is ongoing construction at Bonita Beach Club and the surrounding communities as they re build from Hurricane Ian. This will not effect the unit and the amenities but there could be noise/dust from time to time.

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. There are the additional fees NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RESERVATION AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY. The community has 30 day minimum number of days per lease

Please allow 30 days for processing. A representative of Mike Z Rentals LLC will reach out after the reservation is made to help facilitate all of the required paperwork and to answer any further questions you might have. Items required for approval include background of drivers license.

This is a self check in property and all guests who are fully paid with HOA approval will receive access instructions prior to arrival. 30 days minimum for each lease by association rules, no exceptions!
