Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. Please allow 30 days for processing. A representative of Mike Z Rentals LLC will reach out after the reservation is made to help facilitate all of the required paperwork and to answer any further questions you might have. This is a self check in property and all guests who are fully paid with HOA approval will receive access instructions prior to arrival. 30 days minimum for each lease, 4 leases per year, by association rules, no exceptions!
