Good spot close to downtown Naples. Clean house and nice rooms. Checkin was easy and the overall all experience was solid.

This place is nice and well located for where I needed to be. I had my family and worked a few days on the premises as well. Only complaint would be lack of pots and pans to cook.

While the house itself is gorgeous, the outside surrounding it is not so nice. The grass floods easily during rain, we had to step carefully around the driveway. At night there are lots of bugs and frogs, it was scary to step outside because of this. None of this is in control of the owner but something to know if you’re considering booking here. Other than that great experience!

This house is very comfortable in terms of bedrooms size, amount of bathrooms, open kitchen etc. With 10 in our group we didn’t feel crowded. Decorated as vacation home, has cozy atmosphere. However, we weren’t impressed with cleaning crew efforts, floors were clearly not mopped between stays and they did not remove trash from previous group, leaving us with smelly bins in the driveway.

The house was nicely remodeled and clean. Has the very basics available for use. Had a minor issue the host was responsive to. Good value for the money - would stay here again.

Michael’s home was exactly as described. It was spacious and clean, with everything we needed. We visited for a wedding so the location was perfect and very close to where we needed to be. We would highly recommended and will be back for sure if we visit Naples again.

There were a few cosmetic issues but the place was comfortable … Michael was extremely responsive to any communication. If you have time to fish they are 1.2 miles away from a marina !

My family and I had an amazing Thanksgiving dinner stay! It was so cozy and an absolutely incredible space and location! Everyone had their own bathroom, great sleep in those really nice beds and the Florida Room was peaceful for a nice coffee time in the morning. We took family Walks so it was safe to walk around as well. We would all stay here again for sure :) thank you Michael!! -Sara

My family and I enjoyed our trip. The house was awesome and felt right at home. Great televisions, excellent appliances and home was very clean! I would stay here again! House was near shopping, beach and attractions. Everything was within minutes from the house!

Michael was a great host. All communication is clear and property is as listed. We had a little misunderstanding on our end and ended up staying passed the check out time and Michael and his team were very professional about it and understanding. Beautiful home located close to the downtown area and all the best restaurants. Also extremely close to the US Open Pickleball courts. The place has plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. The back patio is large enough for a family. The A/C works well and the beds were very comfortable. Place was super clean. Basically, brand new construction. We would recommend for family and friends.
