The house is beautiful and homey. Beds are very comfortable. It was easy to get around. There wasn't enough towels or washcloths but other than that minor detail it was great. All of us loved our stay.

The house was spacious and clean. It was the perfect size for 4 people. Def could've fit more if we needed to. The only issue we had was that during our stay, we couldn't get the internet/tvs to work. I reached out multiple times to the host but unfortunately didn't get a response or a fix. Besides that, I would recommend staying there.

We loved our stay at Beachy Keen! Pictures and descriptions are very accurate. Place is well-equipped, spacious, and in a great location. We got a ton of use out of the pool and patio area. Very relaxing place to spend a spring break week for our family of four. Host was very responsive and communicative. We would love to return!!

This house should really be rated 4 or even 5, but there were a few maintenance / upkeep issues which commonly occur with out of state owners who rely on a local management company. The outside area had not been properly prepared, the table was very dirty, the grill cover was on the floor and there was dog poop to clean up. This was attended to same day after advising the management company. However they did not fix an internal slow running faucet or semi operable ceiling fan which we advised them about at the same time as the outdoor issues. The dishwasher could also do with updating. We were allowed to check in early which was nice and the property was as described. As I say, it was a few little things which really do make a difference. Finally, the booking process is annoying. The management company insist on completing their long form legal agreement which is obviously used for multiple properties and includes terms which are not applicable to this house, things like HoA fees.

We celebrate my birthday every year on the 4th of July weekend in Bonita Springs. Each year we try different hotels and AirBNB’s. This one was a total gem!!! Nice house with great backyard! We had no complaints but wanted to point out two things - 1. The backyard is awesome but the pool itself is small. It was fine for our family of 4 to cool off in but would be too small if we had a few more people. 2. The bed in the primary bedroom is almost comically high! I’m 5’2 and I had to boost myself to get in! Just something to consider if your short.

This is a very nice property on a quiet street with good amenities. We have never Airbnb' d a hose for a week before, but this was a good experience for us. The pool was nice to have and having a "heated" pool was a deciding factor in our decision to choose this property over others. Not sure how "heated" a pool is supposed to be (and maybe this one was perfect) but I think I was hoping for a slightly "warmer" pool. However, this was a great property and we had a great time this week!

The house was as described. Nice porch to sit on. Plenty of room. I will say the main bed was pretty uncomfortable and we ended up sleeping in a different room bc of it. Please note, the property management (there are very few AirBNBs who do not have property managers in this area) requires you sign a separate contract after you’ve paid and agreed to the AirBNB terms. While this isn’t the first time I’ve seen this, I think it’s unfair. One books through AirBNB bc there is already a contract, and to expect someone to sign something additional after they’ve paid (when the refund states half will be refunded if you cancel) is not ok.

Exceeded our expectations! Stayed with my 13 year old and 11 year old who loved the pool, games and of course tvs in the rooms. The location is perfect and the house is spacious, clean and bright. Excellent value. The host is also extremely responsive.

House is secluded from main road traffic but close to everything. 10 minutes from the beach and close to many stores and restaurants. Barefoot beach amazed us, the sunsets there are amazing. Nothing beats a hot beach day and cool of with a splash in the backyard pool. The house is comfy and roomy and has many games and activities for the kids. Big TV in main living room is perfect for movies and home theater system to enjoy the audio.

We had a wonderful vacation at this house! The pool in the backyard was perfect for our older kids (6 and 4) and there were quite a few fun pool toys for the kids to play with. The corn hole set was another fun activity for our family. The house was stocked with all the utensils and such necessary for meals. The house was in great shape and very welcoming. The three bedrooms with king beds were great for our growing family. It is in a great location to get to the beach, grocery store, and many other activities. We will definitely rent this house again when we go back!

This was such a perfect get away for my family and I. The beaches were located very close, the house was very well kept, and on afternoons when it rained on and off we would enjoy the pool in the back yard. Very pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend!

This place is wonderful! The house is in a small neighborhood, located close to restaurants, beaches and grocery stores. The house is comfotable, kitchen has all essentials, and lots of ammenities. There is a screened porch with a big table, cushions, and fans. There are many places to sit and enjoy the pool, in the sun or in the shade. There is a turf area for cornhole too. The owners provide a notebook with the details of the home and helpful information.

What a beautiful home! The backyard is such a great space to spend time with the family. My family spent the entire weekend out by the pool. The house set up is very comfortable and spacious. The distance to the beach is not even 10 minutes. Publix is 2 minutes away. My hubby and I took advantage of the 2 bikes they had ~ they were awesome! Very happy with this location and it’s amenities. ????????

The hause is very nice, clean, comfortable and charming. Located 15 minutes from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. All very good equipt inside and outside. Beds and pillows are super comfortable. We had a very nice and relaxing time. Highly recommend it

This has been the best airbnb we have stayed in. The location was perfect, close to everything. The beautiful beach was about 10 mins away. The house was spectacular and super clean. The pool was perfect. We loved that the house was well equipped with everything you need from beach chairs to beach towels, board games, tv’s in every room even in the patio and kitchen was perfect also. You name it they had it. I can’t say enough about the home, absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. It was the perfect getaway and I truly recommend staying here. We can’t wait to go back!!

Beautiful home and perfect location. The house feels very spacious for the size. It was nice to have everything we needed supplied in the house. They even have multiple beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and coolers for you to take the beach. We literally didn’t need to buy or rent anything! The beach is super close, Publix is right down the street, and lots amazing restaurants within 2 mile radius. Only a 15 minute drive to Naples. The pool gets full sun all day which we loved, but there are multiple umbrellas and shaded seating areas when a break is needed. There was multiple floats and pool toys there- we also left a few! There is also a wonderful screened in porch with 6 person table and chairs and outdoor television which was great for family dinners and game night. Michael was amazing and when we did have questions he was very quick to reply. We will definitely look to their group for future endeavors.

Great experience staying at the house. The beaches are a 10 minute drive. Grocery stores are only 5 minutes away. The house is located in a great neighborhood and is also a sparkling clean house. The picture honestly don’t do any justice to how beautiful the house is. Very equipped house w anything you would need to cook, to go to the beach, and to simply have fun. Would totally recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a place to stay and have fun.

Michael's place was magnificent! It was exactly what we were looking for when searching for a place for my groom's men and I to spend the night before my wedding. The house is very spacious and has all the amenities and luxuries of a modern home. There was plenty of space to eat, relax, and have fun. Speaking of fun, the pool was a huge plus and extremely relaxing. The property is also conveniently located near many grocery stores, shopping centers, and beaches. I would definitely love to visit this property again some day.
