One of the standout features of our home is the abundance of natural light that floods the interior. With the rear of the home and the private pool facing south, and large windows and sliding glass doors oriented in the same direction, this home exudes a warm and welcoming ambiance, allowing you to bask in the Florida sunshine.

Accommodations are designed with your comfort in mind. There are three inviting bedrooms, perfect for families or friends. The primary bedroom (#1) boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, a spacious en-suite bathroom with double vanities, a relaxing soaking tub, and a separate shower. This bedroom also offers direct access to the pool and lanai. The other two bedrooms feature a queen bed and two twin beds each, ensuring ample sleeping space for up to six guests. A second full-sized bathroom conveniently serves bedrooms #2 and #3.

The open concept living spaces provide various dining options, including a cozy kitchen nook, a formal dining area, and outdoor dining on the lanai. In addition to the dining spaces, you'll find a living room and a family room. The family room is sure to become everyone's favorite spot, with stunning views of the tranquil lake and the inviting pool.

The heart of the home, the kitchen, is well-equipped with plenty of counter space, sleek granite counter tops, and modern stainless steel appliances, making it a joy to prepare meals. For your convenience, there is a full-sized laundry room with a washer and dryer. The pool faces south

The pool at this home is heated to 85 degrees when appropriate. The pool faces south. The temperature of the pool can fluctuate depending on local weather conditions.

This community has a 30 day minimum, no exceptions and sorry no pets.

This property is managed by SW Florida based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager along with a professional cleaning partner to take care of all of your needs while you are staying in this property.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples FL is a large metro area. The Fort Myers International Airport is a quick 25 minute drive from the home!

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. These are the additional fees NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RESERVATION AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY.
