10/10! Cada vez que tuvimos un problema nos solucionaron muy rápidamente! Súper recomendado. El único inconveniente fue que las sombrillas que tenían estaban rotas y las sillas de playa eran viejas y oxidadas. Fuera de eso. Todo perfecto!

We arrived late to no instructions, no toilet paper, 2 over full garbage cans with beer bottles around bottom. Fleas were terrible. No Dishwasher, sinks drained very slowly. Second bathroom was locked. Food in fridge, 2 towels. No internet. TV in Spanish. Rep came and brought towels,switched garbage cans with next door and said cleaning crew would be by later with internet code and fix tv. She was friendly but we came home to more towels and shampoo etc. TV remained in Spanish. I called for internet code and code for lock on bathroom. The unit is decorated as pictured so it is cute looking and parking was good. The maintenance and cleanliness are clearly not on an inspection schedule. A neighbor came by and told us she wanted this rental out. This person is not a super host on this particular unit. The fleas were a big deal breaker and the broken toilet in the 2nd bathroom.

We are a bit distressed over the review left as we did make every effort to correct all of your concerns. In regards to what you are calling fleas, they are noseeums that are common in our area and were let in because the door was constantly left open. The code for the internet was sent to you with your check in instructions and resent by our operations manager at your request. We do apologize for the error in marketing that indicated there was a dishwasher. We have corrected that mistake. We do instruct guests on trash and recycling days. Unfortunately not all guests follow instructions. Our operations manager, as pregnant as she is, ran herself ragged to address all of your complaints and did mention that she closed the door at the home several times while she was there. There are no fleas!!!

Great location with easy access to nearby restaurants and activities. Wonderful amenities. Hosts were very responsive and helpful whenever any issues arose. Would recommend to anyone.
