Sun Fun and Poolside Bliss Naples Vacation Home

The house was an overall good experience. Nice location. There were two major things that need to be fixed at the house. The 2nd bathroom has a hole in the side of the tub and the handle is quite loose. The other aspect of the home which was a huge disappointment was that it advertised 5 beach cruiser bikes to use. My husband and kids and I set out the 2nd morning to explore, and one of the chains on the bike fell off. We proceeded with a different bike and after 2 miles in, the seat fell off. The remaining bikes were rideable but all seemed ready to fall apart. That ended our family bike riding. Mike was overall responsive, but at times, it seemed that he was using chat GPT to reply.

We loved our stay here. The house is just as described and has everything you would ever need. It’s in a great location that’s close to the beach and shopping. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Naples.

Great place for a family. We all enjoyed swimming in the pool, and it was very close to the beach for use to be able to visit a few times during our stay. I wish we could have stayed longer! We also appreciated that it had a king sized bed, and our daughter was very excited for the bunk beds. Host was very responsive and easy to talk to. Would absolutely stay here again.

This house is in a good location, only minutes away from the beach. You can walk around a community of residential homes, many of which are also rentals. The house was in good condition, and everything was as it was shown in the pictures. There are some complimentary beach chairs and umbrella available. We were happy with this rental home and the host was very responsive and helpful.

Place was exactly how it was described. It was spacious, extremely clean and house felt new/updated. So clean and pristine. Kitchen had plenty of plates, cups, cooking pots/pans and utensils. No coffee or cooking oil, but luckily we brought some with us. Plenty of towels and extra bedding/blankets/sheets. It was only my husband and my French bulldog so the place was too big for us. But I would come back with another couple and stay longer. I did wish they had an instruction manual for the pool and jacuzzi, but luckily my husband figured it out. We really only picked the house because of the jacuzzi. Overall it was a great place.

Very cute clean place. Beautiful kitchen! We really loved the big pool and hot tub and spent most of our time out there. Also the backyard is very private and cozy. The location is a short drive from the beach. There was more things available in the house than listed , which was nice. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

We loved staying in this home! It was clean, tidy, and had everything we needed. The pool was amazing - we couldn't get our kids out! They had a great supply of pool toys and floats for all ages. The backyard space was great for our dog, who could roam around and explore. The kitchen was outfitted well with all the small appliances and cookware we needed. The host, Michael, was super responsive to all of our needs even though he was out of the country on vacation! We had a small technical issue with the pool controls, nothing major, and Michael texted me immediately to tell me what to do. We were super impressed with his attention to us. We highly recommend this home - great location, perfect pool and backyard space, and cozy!

I can not say enough about what a beautiful house this was in a gorgeous quiet neighborhood. And they have thought if everything from bikes to ride to the beach to extra beach towels. The amenities were amazing. The smart TVs with all the streaming services in them. A completed kitchen even with a blender. This house was impeccably clean and every detail was spectacular. The pool was gorgeous and we took advantage of the outdoor table to have breakfast a few times. We did have a little green in the pool but they were very prompt in taking care of it. There were some storms and I'm sure that is the reason. We loved being so close to the beach and had access to anything we wanted or needed during our stay. Thanks for an amazing getaway.

This property is as advertised. It was very comfortable for 2 couples traveling together. The pool was pristine, however we struggled with the procedure to heat the hot tub, as no written instructions are included. Property is clean, has lots of fun pool and beach toys.

nice and new throughout and a great location in Naples Park. we spent 2 weeks at this rental and loved our time there, and even though we had one or two things that needed attention they always had someone there within 24 hours. would rent again!

Michael was great for this vacation. He was prompt in answering any questions we had. I was glad to have all the usual kitchen things needed to cook a meal (seasonings, utensils, pots/pans, etc) as well as plenty of shower and pool towels. The place was impeccably clean and was decorated so nice. It felt like a home away from home rather than somewhere we were just passing through for vacation. I will say— there are many neighbors all around but there is a huge privacy fence in the backyard that we were not concerned about any of them being “in our business”. Also, the listing says “relax poolside or walk or bike to beach”.. I have no clue if we just weren’t looking in the right place or what, but we had to drive to the beach. It was not a big deal, just a 10 minute drive to a nice public access spot. It is in a great location to have food delivered/door dashed to you if you don’t feel like cooking. The only other thing, again, we may not have been operating it correctly- the hot tub by the pool doesn’t get very hot. It is warmer than the pool water but not by much. This wasn’t really a big deal to us as we wanted to be in the pool more than the hot tub anyway. Michael and his staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were satisfied with our rental. If we ever go back to FL, this is the place I want to be!

The Naiborhood is upscale and so are the restaurants . The house is beautiful and flawless The beach is right there and the walk to it very relaxing safe and beautiful as well. Pool is nice even has a jacuzzi built in. Totally recommend staying here any time of year.

My family and I stayed at a Mike Z rental home via air b&b for our family vacation. When we arrived to our home we were greeted by beautiful home and a neglected backyard. As we toured our home for the week we found a pool that was 97 degrees, trash and a screen in the yard, destroyed pool toys scattered around the property, as well as a cloudy/cluttered pool. Unfortunately this was the beginning of our problems. Not only was this property poorly kept, but our costumer service experience was poor. We began to attempt to resolve the issues on Sunday at 5 and the issue was not fully resolved till Tuesday afternoon. We had been promised multiple times for resolution with no follow through. We were told by Shawn, a company partner, to “ignore the problem”. We later found out that the company was aware of the issues beforehand, and that the pool was green before arrival. As a family we understand problems happen with pools, but the lack of costumer service is what truly interfered with our trip.

My family and I stayed at a Mike Z rental home via air b&b for our family vacation. When we arrived to our home we were greeted by beautiful home and a neglected backyard. As we toured our home for the week we found a pool that was 97 degrees, trash and a screen in the yard, destroyed pool toys scattered around the property, as well as a cloudy/cluttered pool. House was impeccably clean and is such a beautiful and cozy place to stay. Communication with Michael was great. Excellent location with an amazing beach just 5 min away and supermarket and restaurants super close as well. Only thing missing were actually big trash bags and tools for the grill. But when I asked for the bags Michael told me that if I couldn’t find any he would bring some to the house, unfortunately I didn’t read that message on time and ended up using every little bag that I could find to throw away the trash before checking out. 100% recommended both this host and this location for a getaway.

Wonderful home, exactly like the photos. It was clean, comfortable, and private. It's not a sprawling space, but it's big enough for everyone to be comfortable in terms of seating and sleep. They provided mosquito repellent spray and candles, and that was a delightful surprise as I'm a beacon for that kind of attention, lol! I enjoyed my vacation immensely!

This was perfect! Clean and spacious. With a large kitchen and dining area. The pool and spa were great and so nice to have! Only a few minutes from the beach, and tons of grocery stores nearby. Great communication and easy stay. Would definitely stay again!

This is a truly wonderful house in a great location for all of your vacation needs! It’s close to several beaches even at walking/biking distance, proximate to countless eateries and has a refreshing pool. The Mike Z team was very informative at all times. We loved our 10-day stay!

the house is really well maintained, quiet neighborhood, close to the beach, the pool is amazing! the coffee machine make great coffee, even better tha nespresso 😎😎. the front garden is well taken care of. the beds are very comfortable.wallmart & publix are around the corner. Nathing else to say, I'll try to book the house again, for sure.

Beautifully decorated home and very clean. My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. It is centrally located and close to the beach. The bikes were great to ride around the neighborhood and the pool was awesome. I would stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood close to several beaches. The pool is wonderful, furniture is all very comfortable, house was very clean. Host was responsive and helpful. I’d love to stay here again!

Beautiful, comfortable and clean house! Very nicely decorated and nicely appointed. Comfortable furniture and beds. Very nice grounds, and the pool was perfect for afternoons after being on the beach. Great location just a few minutes to the beaches, plenty of awesome restaurants, shopping etc... Having the bikes, cooler, beach chairs available was very convenient for us as we flew in from MD. Our favorite thing was to take the beach chairs and head to the beach every night for the amazing sunsets. Thanks for the great memories of our 25th Wedding Anniversary!

We loved our stay! Gorgeous home & perfect location! Very quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything! The pool was so amazing- so wonderful to dip into every day! The house was equipped with anything we needed! We also loved all the bird & butterfly sightings right from the backyard! We'd stay at this home again in a heartbeat.
