Resort Like Amenities Close to Beach

We had an incredible experience at this home rental! From the moment we walked in, everything was spotless — it truly felt like a brand-new home. The attention to cleanliness made it easy to settle in and relax. The location couldn’t have been more ideal. It was close to everything we needed while still offering a quiet, peaceful environment. Whether we were heading to local restaurants, shops, or just out for a stroll, everything was conveniently nearby. But the true highlight was the backyard. It was the perfect space for entertaining and relaxing — spacious, beautifully maintained, and ideal for enjoying meals, playing games, or just unwinding in the fresh air. We spent most of our time out there! Overall, this rental exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a clean, well-located, and truly enjoyable place to stay in Bonita Springs.

The highlights - fantastic pool/hot tub, outdoor space, house is beautiful, the location great - walk/bike to the beach (1.3 miles), great restaurants nearby (Enzo’s) also Royal Scoop. The bikes, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella were great! Dining areas were lovely! Michael’s communication was excellent. The lowlights - spa difficult figuring out how to turn it on. The gas fire pit doesnt seem to work. You’re provided two pods each for the washer and dishwasher and also only provided two tall kitchen garbage bags (one for the garbage one for recycling). We got a reminder text to put out the garbage after two nights during our week stay and then responded asking where the garbage bags were and were told they only provide 2, so obviously bring those too. You will need to bring foil, plastic wrap, baggies etc. as those are not provided. Very few storage containers. The master bed was sadly just ok, a big “hill/lump” in the middle. The leather couch also not the comfiest. Rating - 8.5

We stayed in a great, beautiful house with a very modern style. Our only recommendation is to provide more instructions, especially regarding the different amenities, as they can be overwhelming for newcomers. Our family approached each day as a challenge, figuring out how to use the microwave and turn on the fire pit. The good news is that we figured everything out, but it definitely required teamwork. We recommend having extra kitchen cleaning supplies and trash bags on hand.

This home has so much potential! The pool area was dazzling , the kitchen well equipped and the beds comfy. I rated it a 4 overall for lack of instructions. No one could explain how the spa worked but luckily I figured it out. The lighter for the gas grill and fire pit seemed to be inoperative ( yes there was propane in the tanks and yes, I turned them on) The biggest mystery was the TV controllers, and there were plenty of them! I simply book of instructions would have been much appreciated!

The house was lovely and perfect for entertaining. I only wish the pool had been heated, or that we’d been given instructions on how to heat it ourselves. Unfortunately, we lost an entire day waiting for the owner to warm the pool, even though we had paid for an early check-in.

By far the best place we have stayed! The home was amazing and it was truly a resort like pool and spa! The home was fully updated and beautiful! We had a great time hanging out, cooking outside, spending time at Bonita Springs Beach and Sanibel! Ton's of golf in the area as well! We will definitely be back! Can't recommend enough! This house was just right for a week-long getaway. Its spaciousness makes for great gathering areas inside and outside the house. The garage is stocked with all the things for the pool and the beach with room to park your car. The kitchen has all the right amenities and was easy to use. We cooked every day and the grill was a great addition while easy to be outside with the kids. There are lots of towels in each bathroom, lots of little details - iron, soap, etc., and an abundance of pool towels make for a relaxing experience. Things close by: the beach, Publix, Starbucks… you know the drill. Don’t miss Royal Scoop! You could even walk to get your ice cream. The house is updated and is exactly as the photos depict. The corner lot is very quiet and the new hurricane windows made the house virtually silent from any outside noise. The neighborhood is charming with many people out and about on bikes and walking their dogs. Mike was a great host and very professional.
