Quaint Florida Getaway Near Vanderbilt Beach

The location was exactly what we were looking for as it is just a 5-minute drive to Vanderbilt Beach. Great host, very quick responses and we were even able to check in early. Overall we loved our stay here and would highly recommend this property!

Mailboxes were being replaced during our stay and while I was out someone from Michael’s team (confirmed after contacting him) moved the mailbox to the side of the house, which weirded me out a bit because seems they think it’s cool to visit without notice. We paid $350 for a cleaning fee so I made sure the place was clean, and it was so that’s good. Couple things visitors should know: the pool isn’t heated and they don’t provide paper towels. Also TP is the cheapest I’ve ever seen so you might want to pick some up of your own while you’re getting your other essentials. Overall a responsive host and convenient location.

The place was great. The only thing I didn’t like was some of the bathroom items were not wash but it’s a great location. Great place quiet neighborhood.

We love the place just like on the description, the beach is very close to the house and a lot of restaurants. The house was clean no dust, the pool and yard was in excellent condition.

We booked the house for my cousin to stay 2 days , we the family all live in Naples, she wants to travel from Miami te reunite the all family to sing happy birthday not for a party it was just a place to her and pets to stay, as Cuban we bring dominoes table to play dominos during our stay, that night Michael called the police on us allegedly disturbing, and police didn’t understand why because that wasn’t happening, next day I received a text message threatening us with bring the police against us if we weren’t leave the place before 11 am, first I was going to stay because we weren’t doing nothing wrong with such a guy we can’t deal, se he promise refund the second day if we leave the place at the time doesn’t happen, there was not loud music and any disturbances, it was him who called the police, he spy by cameras all the time, BEWARE THIS GUY AND HIS TEAM ARE CRAZY TO HAVE A PLACE TO STAY AND YOU CANT EVEN SING HAPPY BIRTHDAY, Stay away it’s not worthy, you’ll regret it, worst ser

It seems there may be some confusion on your part. Our policy strictly prohibits parties and disturbances that disrupt our neighborhood and violate noise ordinances. We received multiple complaints from neighbors regarding excessive noise and multiple vehicles on the property, which prompted both neighbors and us to contact the authorities to address the situation. We value all our guests' comfort and safety, as well as our commitment to maintaining a peaceful environment for our neighbors. This place is spacious and offers a convenient location, about 25-30 minutes away from downtown Naples & Naples pier. Very close to Vanderbilt beach. There were a lot of amenities: outdoor grill, bikes, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, children slip & slide blow-up, cooler, pool accessories, cookware/dish-ware/silverware, plenty of linen (extra towels, blankets, sheets). Two dishwasher pods & laundry pods are provided. The garage is especially nice if you have a car. The pool is a very nice addition, but unfortunately we couldn’t use it when we were there since it’s unheated. We loved the fenced in, private backyard for our dogs during the visit. There was no grass, only sand/dirt. The ants in the home were very bad, even for Florida! The traps left by the owner didn’t seem to work. We kept all food (even packaged) in the fridge to keep it safe. Overall, the place was wonderful! It just might need a little more attention in some places.

After having a bad experience with another leasing company, we were able to book this home the same day we needed it and for the entire week. The price was right and amenities were amazing!!!

Place was nice and the location was good. ?? the light bulbs don’t work in one of the rooms and the fan didn’t work either in another room which sucked because it wouldn’t get too cold at night. Otherwise it’s a nice house
