Wonderful home in great area. Home was very inviting, pool area was great for relaxing amd BBQ grill was a great plus. Home is very close to everything Naples has to offer. Host is proactive and responsive. We could not have asked for more.

Not a good experience. The cordial communication from Mike Z and his staff was appreciated even though the issue wasn't resolved. The pool is not working, there is no heat, and the repair person says the system has been this way. We rented for ten days with clear communication of planned swimming, and left on the third day for a better Airbnb. We did receive remuneration thru Airbnb, which was appreciated. Before renting, clarify that the repairs have been completed. If they have, it's a nice place in a nice location.

I really enjoyed my stay! This property has a lot going for it. Great location, nice floor plan, great pool and outdoor space, comfortable beds, plentiful dishes, indoor space was clean. Check-in was easy. Needing improvement, outside seating area was covered with pet hair and the floor was dirty. Towels and bed linens were far below the standards expected. There were 4 or 5 towels and washcloths provided for three of us and some were stained and worn. The sheets on the bed I slept in were very poor quality. Although there is a washer & dryer we did not expect to be spending our trip washing towels. There were a few toiletries provided but only hand soap in one bathroom. We were asked to put the trash out on Monday which we would have been happy to do but they were mostly full of garbage from previous guests and discarded carpet and large boxes. There were 3 of us ladies from 75 to 83. We did put any trash from ourselves out but couldn't handle 4 or 5 large heavy cans.

The open floor plan was so nice. My husband & I loved lanai sitting area; especially since it was so humid during our stay. It was great to be able to bring our small dog with us. We picked this house based on location because we needed to be close to the Naples Hospital and this house is about a 10 min drive from there. I know others mentioned airplane noise, but the owners have done such a great job at making the backyard private that you barely notice it unless it’s completely silent. At least it didn’t bother us. I wish we had more control of the temperature. It seemed the thermostat was set to default to 78 degrees. The instructions say you can kick it down to 74, but it didn’t last long before 78 did an override. I like to be cooler when I’m sleeping, so we struggled with this part. Also, I’m too dumb to operate the trash can! The check-out process was SO easy, but with a hefty cleaning fee I’d be expect that. I loved the house overall and plan to bring my kids back next time!

We did like the house and location. The kitchen was inadequately furnished with pot and pans and food storage containers. There was not a working vacuum which we seriously needed after our beach visits. The pool was great but is in need of refurbishing. The fountain wall did not work and was unsafe. The garage needs a good cleaning and deodorizing. I couldn’t even go in there to use the laundry. The kitchen garbage can was also broken and so very annoying!! They only supplied a few garbage bags and maybe 3-4 dishwasher tablets. Bare minimum on most everything. It’s time to make some valuable investments in the property. It could be an excellent place but they need to be better at running an Airbnb!

Great place, we enjoyed our stay! The Greenway is just down the road presenting an interesting place to walk. It is right at the end of the airport runway, which did not bother us, but may be a issue for noise-sensitive future guests.

Rented the house for a quick holiday getaway. The place was very conveniently located in Naples and very comfortable. The house was clean and well kept. I would happily rent there again. Book without hesitation.

Hemos estado encantados en la casa, está muy bien ubicado en Naples, cerca del centro, la playa, etc. La casa está perfectamente equipada, con muchos detalles, incluida chimenea de exteriores a gas, con la que no contábamos. La casa está muy cerca del aeropuerto, y como es lógico se escuchan los aviones, aunque dado el tamaño de los mismos no llega a ser molesto. La única pega que le ponemos es que la piscina no estaba climatizada como indicaba el anuncio. Por lo demás es un sitio ideal para quedarse 6 personas en Naples.
