Nice home in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the heated pool and having a cooler, towels, and chairs for the beach was so helpful!

Super stay with a warm pool in a really nice house with a good layout for us 4 adults. The third bedroom was nice too but we didn’t use it expect for storage. Kitchen and living room was great for us.

The house is nice. The only issue we had was with the pool heater not functioning until half way through our stay . Otherwise . We had a very nice stay .

He was a great host and made sure we absolutely loved the place. He was extremely responsive and understanding. We were able to check in early and the code worked just like he said it would. Overall he was an amazing host. The house had everything and more that we could have asked for. Beautiful back porch screened in with a pool and plenty of pool toys for my kids to play with. If you’re looking for a relaxing place for your kids to play while you sit in a lawn chair and relax. It was perfect for just that. Or if you’re just looking for a relaxing getaway with friends it would be great for that too. We will absolutely be rebooking with him!!!

This was the perfect vacation spot. It was an easy drive to different beaches. We loved having access to the beach chairs although the umbrellas were a struggle. The pool was a favorite for the entire family and loved all the pool floats and toys! The house was stocked with necessary items. The only downfall was no extra trash bags or dishwasher detergent that we could find. A great stay and we would definitely return!

This place was exactly as described. Beautiful location, quiet and close to anything you might need or want. The home is stocked with everything you need plus extras. The beach gear and coolers were so appreciated. The pool is amazing…so many pool extras like floats, balls, divers, an air pump and even a child’s life jacket. The beach is close by…19 minutes to be exact but there’s so much to see on the way so it’s a super quick drive. Michael was very responsive everytime I messaged or had a question. Overall we had a great trip! Thanks for hosting us!

Hello! Our experience it was great ! The house was clean ! Kitchen pretty equipped! The beds were comfortable ( mattress I rate 5* ) Having garage to enter with the car & not worrying to empty the car every time we came from the beach I rate 5* ! Plenty of toys & also a cooler ! Very practical & useful stuff for our family! Neat & cozy! We loved it!

Michael's Falcon's Glen property did not disappoint. The house was spacious and well-appointed for all to enjoy. The lanai and pool were used all day and well into the evening. The location provided easy access to both downtown Naples and Marco Island. The beaches at both locations are wonderful. Michael's team was incredibly responsive when the living room TV no longer displayed a picture. He had the TV replaced within 24hours. We highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again next season. Thank you Michael!!!

Location is great, 20 min to Marco Island beach, 20 min to Naples beach and <5min to many stores and restaurants. Place is clean and well maintained. The community road runs behind the berm, so can be a bit noisy when sitting out side (but it is not a busy road). Would stay there again.

After initial glitch at the check-in, we had a great time. The amenities such as beach chairs, towels, dishes, glasses, etc are brand new. The house is located in great neighborhood and is not too far from the beach or downtown. However, the house could benefit from a guide book since it has a pool, garage and a grill. Overall, we had a good time and it was a pleasant stay.
