Pet Friendly Pool Spa Home with EV Charger

Welcome to this beautifully designed Naples Park pool home, where Florida coastal charm meets resort-style outdoor living. Located in the highly sought-after 500 block of Naples Park, this spacious retreat is ideal for families, multi-generational groups, or friends traveling together, offering room for up to 10 guests and an outdoor space you’ll never want to leave.

Inside, the home features a Florida coastal traditional style with Spanish influences, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout. With four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, the layout is thoughtfully designed for comfort and flexibility. Every bedroom is equipped with a TV, along with TVs in the family room and screened lanai — six TVs total (all smart TV's).

Sleeping Layout:
Primary Bedroom: King bed with an en suite bathroom
Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds
Bedroom 3: Queen bed
Bedroom 4: A Queen trundle and a bunk bed with a Queen on the bottom and a twin at the top.

The highlight of this home is the spectacular newly added pool area. Guests will enjoy a heated pool with a semi-above-ground spa that connects directly to the pool, all surrounded by a white natural stone pool deck. Relax beneath the louvered sunshade on the oversized outdoor sofa with a cooling fan, stretch out on chaise loungers, or unwind on the in-water loungers along the pool shelf. A café-style high-top table for two makes the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening drinks, and the propane gas grill is ready for poolside BBQs.

The screened lanai adds another layer of comfort with dining for six, an outdoor sofa, coffee table, side tables, chairs, and a TV. This space opens directly to the family room and one of the guest bedrooms, creating seamless indoor-outdoor living.

To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $50 non-refundable damage fee or a $1,000 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.

Pet Policy – Dogs Only (Non-Shedding Breeds). Only 1 or 2 Non-Shedding, hypoallergenic dogs are permitted in this pet-friendly home. Cats and all other animals are strictly prohibited, including birds, reptiles, rodents, and exotic pets.

Pool Heating:
The pool is heated to approximately 85°F when appropriate. Pool temperature may vary depending on local weather conditions. Spa temperature can be controlled by guests to a higher temperature.

This property is managed by SW Florida based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager.

This is a self check in property with a coded door code that gets changed in between every reservation and your code is only active during your times of your reservation and we can accommodate early and late check outs upon request, if available. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and 1 week prior to arrival.
