The second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third bedroom offers a twin bed, making it perfect for guests or visiting family. A sleeper sofa in the living room adds additional flexibility.

The second full bathroom is conveniently located near the guest bedrooms and also functions as a pool bath with direct lanai access.

At the heart of the home, the open-concept layout includes a well-equipped kitchen with barstool seating, a comfortable main living area, and a formal dining space with a large window for natural light and optional privacy.
