Great location!!!! Host was very easy to reach. Check in was very smooth I have stayed at this property before, and is the perfect size when I am traveling alone. Pool area was very relaxing. Home is adequately stocked with linens and pool towels. Highly recommend this property and I will book there again.

Nice house and location I’d give better ratings if there was not bird poop and a dirty pool when we arrived. There wasn’t just a little bird poop there was tons caked on the patio it had been there for a while. You literally couldn’t walk without stepping in it. When I told the host Mike he advised me to “use the hose.” No apology or offer to help. We tried using the hose only to find a timer on it and 2 adults were unable to use it. After I told him he offered no suggestion or help. Thankfully I wound up finding another hose on the other side of the hose and spent time hosing bird poop off the entire patio. There was no spray nozzle so the hose was lacking force too which was frustrating.

The stay at Michael's place was in the perfect location. Close to the beach and many different restaurants/ shopping centres. The home was spotless and had a very private backyard with a pool that met our needs. Michael communicated effectively and answered any questions we had throughout our stay.

This was an excellent location and looked just like the pictures. My only hang up was the lower price per night but the high cleaning fee. The cleaning fee was higher than the nightly rate. Didn’t make it to the beach because of the weather but we would have been totally prepared as the house had everything we needed for a beach trip.

Very cute place. The two bathrooms are in both bedrooms which is unfortunate for the guests staying in the third bedroom as they will have to go through the other bedrooms at night to use the bathroom.

Extremely clean house. Good location. Close to beaches although beaches are still closed. Garage has been turned into a bedroom. So no storage for bikes or kayaks. Cozy little pool with a nice pool area. Would definitely stay again when traveling alone.

New driveway is complete after all the construction in the area. 5 minute drive to the beach was great and close to grocery stores and shopping etc. pool was nice to relax in after running around during the day

Beautiful home! VERY clean. Even though there was construction on the street it never bothered us, could not hear the noise if we were at the house, and it was overall never an issue. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to come back to Naples!

This place was great! Location was excellent, near grocery stores and restaurants/bars, the beach was about 7 minutes away. The house was exactly as described and very clean. Mike was amazing and I’m constant communication he addressed questions promptly and was very polite. Our family would definitely stay again. Thanks again for making our stay in Naples great!

This home is very fresh and clean. The location was an easy access to Vanderbilt Beach and many shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Michael responded immediately to any of our questions. Would consider returning next spring!
