A subtropical landscape welcomes you home after a day at the beach, and two bikes plus a full set of beach gear — chairs, umbrellas, and a foldable wagon — are provided so you can pack up and head to the sand with ease.

Inside, high ceilings and plantation shutters throughout give the home a bright, airy feel. The open-concept living areas make it easy for everyone to spread out or gather together, and with four TVs — in the family room, primary bedroom, den, and out on the lanai — there's always a comfortable spot to unwind. A versatile den with a pull-out sofa and desk/chair setup offers flexible space for a home office, reading nook, or extra sleeping quarters.

Resort-Style Private Pool and Spa With Outdoor Living

The backyard is made for relaxing days in the Florida sun. An oversized rectangular pool and spa are set on a travertine tile pool deck, complete with a large sun shelf and in-pool chaise loungers for easy lounging right in the water. The covered lanai offers additional seating with a dining area for six, two Adirondack chairs, and four chaise loungers, while a pergola in the fully fenced backyard provides a shaded spot with seating for four. The fully fenced yard offers peace of mind for little ones.

Family & Kid-Friendly Throughout

This home is designed with families in mind. A pool safety fence adds an extra layer of security around the water, and one of the bedrooms features a fun bunk setup — a standard bed on the bottom and a twin on top — perfect for kids or younger guests. The home also comes stocked with beach toys, kids' dinnerware and bibs, a pack n' play, a booster seat, and games, making it easy to travel light with little ones in tow.

- Primary Bedroom: 1 King bed, en-suite bathroom
- Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed
- Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (standard on bottom, twin on top)

- A second full bathroom is shared between Bedrooms 2 and 3
