This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. This property is about 60 mins away from SWFL Int'l Airport and Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area. We recommend for guests to bring their own car as the greater Naples area is very large and we want you to be able to enjoy all that we have to offer.
