I 353 Designer Furnished and Views Sleeps 6

The house was clean and nicely decorated. There is just a couple reasons this gets a 4 star and not a 5. 1. There were signs next to the toilets saying DO NOT flush toilet paper!! What the hell?? After a couple days I messaged the host and he said to ignore the sign. Just take the stupid sign down please. 2. I was offered early check in for a fee. I was offered late check out for a fee. I have an Airbnb and gladly offer free early check in if the place is ready. I just felt hussled . You can tell it’s a management company. Lastly, the coffee pods offered didn’t fit the coffee machine.

We’ll take care of removing the sign and reviewing the coffee pod options to ensure everything fits as it should. We loved our stay at Park Shore. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Our family loves the location as there is so much to do in the area. We will definitely be back!

Lovely and comfortable unit at Park Shore Resort. Away from the congestion of Old Naples but close enough to it and everything else if you want to explore. There is everything for a great respite and relaxing stay available on-site though, so you have no reason to leave. Great to have a restaurant right there, too. Beds are comfy! Screened in lanai/balcony very inviting and private.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo in Naples! We had everything we could possibly need, the condo was clean and beautiful & Michael was very responsive and helpful! We hope to be back one day!

Beautiful apartment that included everything that we need it for our stay. The description did not list whether the condo had beach chairs and umbrellas and luckily for us it did. The community gym needs improvement, very limited workout equipment and variety of weights. The pool was not available for use during the first two days of our stay due to maintenance. The host did offer a discount due to inconvenience of not having access to the pool.

We have a wonderful stay at Michael’s place. Good location, clean place. The apartment has everything for a short or long stay. Very close to the public beach. We recommend 100% this property.
