We had a wonderful stay! The pool and hot tub were great, the canal added to the natural environment. The location was also great, plenty of beach near by, and a mile or so walk to the center of town.

Place was great. Easy to get to, easy access. And a sweet pool and hot tub. Kitchen has it all. Even fish in the canal! Caught a stingray, and some other fish.

This was a perfect place for my family. Its spacious yet cozy. The outdoor space is gorgeous and the inside is comfy and perfect for lounging. I love that there are different spaces to be in. The beds were super comfortable. I really recommend this house. The place is clean and bright and happy! Michael was responsive in the beginning but I didn’t hear back about the tv in the master not working - but that was no big deal at all! Also the water in the neighborhood was turned off by the city at 9am on the morning we were leaving but that’s no one’s fault and we were out of there soon after anyway. If you’re looking for a recommendation I can’t give this house a better one. You’re close to everything —stores, shopping, etc. The beach is a 5 min drive. It’s truly a great house to use as home base in Bonita. We loved it. You won’t regret it. Thank you so much.

Easy to find. Beautiful home and neighborhood. The backyard has access to dock your boat. If bringing pets be aware there’s no fence towards the river, but there is fencing on sides and preventing from going out to the street. We had a great stay. Very attentive host.

We spent beautiful days in a cozy, neat environment, enjoyed the sauna and the pool. House was very clean and had all the amenities necessary to make our stay feel like home. Beach was close as well as Publix and restaurants. A great place to which he would like to return.

This home was very clean, updated nicely, and has great flow from dining / living areas to outdoor pool & hot tub and into master suite. It was well stocked with lots of the little things that show the care and pro activity of the property management. Mike was incredibly responsive and helped with any little quirk we couldn’t figure out. Best for “quiet” groups given the nature of the neighborhood. Overall, we were very satisfied with the property and experience.

Place is fine for families. Some minor items - pool is not really heated but the tagline says heated pool. Also pool is deep all around so you can’t really walk around in the pool. The river has stench that you smell when wind is blowing. No soap shampoo etc in bathrooms. There was no hair dryer , iron but they sent someone with those items. Couldn’t find a trash can in kitchen, it was in garage. Overall good place.

Very very nice place. A bit pricy but worth it. Maybe an outdoor mesquite wood fire pit would make it insane. Or pro gas with those little round glass rocks.

Michael's place was amazing! From check-in to check-out it was seamless. The company that oversees the rental is very attentive. Once you arrive they are quick to text you and make sure that everything is going well. The backyard/pool area is phenomenal! We barely left the Airbnb because we had everything we needed right at the house. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home, very clean, private. Well kept, close to everything you need. We caught a lot of fish off the dock. The pool and spa were well maintained and heated like they said. We loved the bathroom off the pool ,it was convenient for the wet kids to go in a grab a towel and dry off so they didn’t track water all throughout the house. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of space and storage in the rooms. Master bath jetted tub was amazing! Bikes and beach stuff was very convenient. They provided lots of beach towels. Overall one of the best vacation rentals I’ve been too in my 33 years of life lol. Definitely would come back on a heart beat !! Our 4 kids (14,12,8,4) said we were the best parents for picking such an awesome house !!

The problem was reported and the host sent a person to pick up the frog, and said that the pool service would come to clean but never arrived, you would believe that the pool would be clean after seeing that ?….the host only said that the pool was usable. At this case, I would have chosen a house without a pool. On the other hand, the master bedroom bed was too soft as it was sinking, the plants of the living room next to the TV were dry and thorny that had to be careful if they brushed you there, also the infrastructure of the canal view is full of cobwebs apparently never cleaned there. One positive thing, I like the kitchen, that’s nice and you can find all the utensils needed to cook, just the uncomfortable wooden dining chairs that get hard when you sit there. Another awkward thing is not having a remote control to open and close the garage, so you need someone else to stay home to close the garage door and get out of from the main door house.

Great location! It’s close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The house is very spacious and has everything you can possibly need. Micheal was very helpful and communicative thru our stay. I would definitely recommend.

Great property to enjoy your stay in Bonita Springs. 5 stars across the board but I highly recommend the owner to speak with the neighbor who has a camera facing directly at the pool. We had underage children and this made us quite uncomfortable.

This house is great! Our kids loved the pool and ability to fish the canal from the dock. There were plenty of linens, dishes, etc for our family of six. The house is laid out well, really enjoyed having a bathroom you could enter from the pool to keep all the wet swimsuits and towels in one spot. We were sad to leave and already looking forward to returning in 2022.
