We had a really great experience renting with Michael. The house was perfect for us and was exactly as advertised. It seemed like it was brand new and the rooms were all beautiful and it was well stocked with everything we needed. Michael was very responsive and helpful with all of our communication. We also enjoyed the area with great restaurants nearby and lots of fun activities. I can’t say enough positive things about our experience.

Michael was a fantastic host. All the necessary details to access the property were received in plenty of time, with gentle reminders here and there to ensure a smooth check in process. During our lengthy stay we contacted Michael a couple of times with a few minor issues and his response times were super quick. Any issues were resolved quickly and to our complete satisfaction. The villa is exactly as you see in the photos and the street location is in a very quiet neighbourhood Would highly recommend both the villa and Michael. I hope my family and I can stay again in the future. Thank you so much Michael.

Our stay at Michael's place was great! It feels new and clean and looks just like the photos. We enjoyed the backyard area and pool to relax with the most gorgeous sunsets. Comfortable bed and bathrooms and plenty of linens. It was great and just what we needed! We would definitely stay again.

This place was impeccable and breath taking. It was an awesome place to stay. The neighborhood was awesome as well and close to many things to do. You won’t be disappointed with booking this house. Michael was a great host, he checked in on us frequently to make sure we ok the entire stay. I will definitely be booking this home again.

Loved the location of the property. I was looking for a comfortable house for me and my family, very private location , the only problem was communicating with the host. I got all the instructions for check in and check out but when I needed assistance with something during the stay, I never got a response.

My family and I rented out this home for a week. We enjoyed our stay, it was very clean and beautiful. The rooms were really nice, especially the master suite! We did have trouble getting the access code due to our flight arriving when the host was offline, but I was able to contact customer service who was able to get in contact with the host for me. I got a partial night refund so that worked out. Overall really nice, clean home !
