The studio apartment is located at the back left of the main house, with access through its private outdoor door. Inside, you'll step into the inviting main living area, featuring a cozy dining area for two, a desk and chair for productivity, and two comfortable armchairs with a coffee table for relaxation.

The kitchen boasts retro-style appliances, quartz counters, hardwood cabinets, a convenient 2-burner hot plate, and a coffee maker. Towards the back of the studio, you'll find a full-sized bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. The stackable washer and dryer, exclusively for your use, are conveniently located here as well.

The King-size bed offers a comfortable retreat, and a wall-mounted TV on a swivel mount ensures entertainment from the bedroom, kitchen, and dining area.

As part of our complex, you'll have access to shared on-site amenities, including convenient parking, a peaceful courtyard, and a lovely patio with chairs and a table, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Fire up the BBQ grill and savor a delicious meal in the open air.

Situated just a little over 5 miles away from the beautiful Bonita and Barefoot Beaches, as well as Docs Beach House, you'll have easy access to sun, sand, and surf. Downtown Bonita Springs, with its vibrant shopping and dining scene, is within walking distance from the property, making it a breeze to explore and indulge in the local attractions.

Each unit in our three-unit property has its own door lock and unique code, guaranteeing your privacy and security during your stay. If you're interested in renting multiple units or the entire property, please don't hesitate to reach out for further information.

To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $20 non-refundable damage fee or a $500 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 30 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport.

This is a self check in property with a coded door code that gets changed in between every reservation and your code is only active during your times of your reservation and we can accommodate early and late check outs upon request, if available. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and 2 weeks prior to arrival.

When the evolve efficiency we had used in 2022, and rented again.. had a lock that would not work, and host who would not respond to us or to evolve the evening we arrived… evolve located this Airbnb for us. ( we spent four hours unsuccessful at the other location) We are VERY GLAD the change happened, even though the evening into night of the 23rd was quite stressful to say the least. We love the Airbnb location, walkable to the most delightful coffee shop! A lovely walk whether on Main Street, or through neighborhoods. We thoroughly enjoyed the little taqueria nearby… delicious!!! Wonder Gardens is so near, and worth a few hours- as we spent. The efficiency is clean, perfect size kitchenette, comfortable bed… nice bathroom! We would stay again next February, when we come for Minnesota Twins spring training, without hesitation!

El dpto es tal cual la foto, sencillo y basico como me dijo el anfitrion. Tuve que pedirle el usuario y clave de wifi porque no figuraba en ningun lado, el usuario era similar al que me paso, al final pude conectarme. Esta ubicado en un barrio muy sencillo distante 30' de Naples. Debe cambiar la cocina porque se enciende y apaga sola. El resto estuvo ok.

Nice little quiet spot, place was clean, and comfortable. Had issues with the door lock but it was resolved quickly, also there is no thermostat control, I would stay there again.
