Overall i just want to express that we would stay here again because of convenience but i do feel there are still some things that need pointed out. The listing is slightly misleading as far as amenities, the “office” area is a desk with a computer screen with no computer its not even plugged in, thats not bothersome to us but might bother someone else. The tv in the master has no remote or connection to television at all. The master bedroom fan/light does not work, i was told its scheduled to be fixed but i see in other reviews complaints of it not working. The home was fairly clean but a little rough around the edges. The towels, bath mat and beddings were dingey/stained and could use updating, as well as some more deep cleaning especially in the kitchen. The rental company was responsive enough but over text it almost seems automated. As i said we would stay here again but i do think people should know what they are getting.

The place was amazing! I stayed here with a few relatives and the beds are comfortable and the view of the backyard is beautiful! Everything was comfortable and comforting. I would definitely come back again.

Fantastic Stay with Modern Amenities and Electric Bicycles! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mike’s Airbnb in beautiful Bonita Springs, and I can’t say enough good things about it! We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to book the house again. The Keurig coffee machine died and a new one was brought to the house before the end of the day. We appreciated the immediate response. Michael was in regular communication. I suggest mentioning that the front door will lock itself after a few minutes. We were briefly confused the first time we left the house. Than you for your hospitality!

We the loved the peace and privacy. However, fences were badly broken in two places. House only had 2 small lamps, one in each bedroom. Only lighting fixtures in living room and dining room were horrible ceiling fans with glaring light. Needed lamps and a decent coffee table and end tables. Sunroom had jalousie windows that didn’t work and bent screens. The hall bath was new and well done. The kitchen was fairly well stocked. Having rented in Bonita springs for over 12 years, this place was double the price it should have been. I’d say gouging because of hurricane Ian.

I visited this home with my 2 year old for 5 days. It was a comfortable home, with a wonderful back yard for us to enjoy. We enjoyed eating our meals on the enclosed patio and the outdoor patio each day. I appreciated the fenced in yard, which can be completely enclosed by closing the front gate! This home is located in a nice community, with sidewalks on all the main streets. We enjoyed our runs to the community park, about 2.5 miles away. We really enjoyed our stay -- and the neighborhood alligator is a cool dude to greet each day!

Michael was great! We reserved his house under unfortunate circumstances, which was Hurricane Ian. There were absolutely no vacancies or power in hotels or areas in Lee County. Everyone was feeling the effects of Ian. Michael was so understanding, fast and efficient with confirming our reservation request and maintained great communication. We can’t thank you enough for your hospitality and giving us a home to rest our head after losing literally everything!
