The well-equipped kitchen features seating for four, boasting quartz counters, hardwood cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. A window behind the sink not only invites additional light but also offers views of the side yard and the inviting BBQ grill.

Unwind in the cozy seating area, complete with two chairs, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted 75" TV. The King bed promises a restful night's sleep, while the sofa easily converts into an additional bed. The bathroom, discreetly enclosed by a partition, features a glass-enclosed shower, and conveniently houses a stackable washer and dryer.

Each unit within the property is equipped with its own door lock and unique code, ensuring privacy and security. When renting a unit, you will have exclusive access to the designated space(s). For inquiries about renting multiple units or the entire property, please don't hesitate to contact us for further information.

Conveniently located in downtown Bonita Springs, our property offers easy access to a variety of local attractions. Take a leisurely stroll to explore the nearby Survey Cafe, Chartreuse Craft Cocktail Lounge, The Wonder Gardens, the brand new library, Riverside Park, Downtown Coffee and Wine Company, and more! For beach enthusiasts, Bonita Beach is a short 5-mile drive away, beckoning with its sun-kissed sands and sparkling waters.

To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $20 non-refundable damage fee or a $500 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.

Only 1 or 2 Non-Shedding, hypoallergenic dogs are permitted in this pet-friendly home. Cats and all other animals are strictly prohibited, including birds, reptiles, rodents, and exotic pets.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 30 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport.

This is a self check in property with a coded door code that gets changed in between every reservation and your code is only active during your times of your reservation and we can accommodate early and late check outs upon request, if available. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and 2 weeks prior to arrival.

We love downtown Bonita Springs. This rental allowed us to walk to the Rooftop, Survey, the art fair, and anywhere else we wanted to go in the area. It's an awesome location. Very per friendly. We will definitely return.

Loved our extended stay in Naples and the Airbnb was exactly as described. Basically your own little apartment to make yourself at home. Neighborhood was eclectic but so easy to drive to everywhere. Would definitely stay again.

Mike Z Rentals was a great host! Super easy to deal with. If you needed something, it was easy to communicate with either his staff or Mike himself. The place looked just like the pictures.

Mike and his team are very responsive- any time I had an issue they communicated right away. Looked just like pictures, extremely clean on check in, nice little gift basket upon arrival. Very lively downtown neighborhood close to everything. Bathroom and kitchen are stunning. Driveway was a little hard to navigate with my large SUV. Had airbnbers in the main house for most of my stay and never heard them. You absolutely must secure your trash can because there are raccoons in the area and they are persistent little guys! Thanks Mike!
