Bonita Beach Escape Walk to Sand Sun

Great space, perfect for our stay in Florida. The place was spacious and exactly what the pictures showed in the ad. Convenient location for the beach and for Naples attractions. Instructions were very clear and check in and check out went seamlessly. Overall just a great place to stay.

Don't judge a book by its cover the curb appeal won't win you over but understanding that the area surrounding is all being rebuilt after Hurricane Ian once you get inside your mind will be at ease the house was very clean and way too big for just me and my fiance and lil pupper but we had a great time wondering around trying to remember where we put things haha but the beach is only a 5 min walk to beautiful white sand beach and amazing sunsets over the gulf a lot of great restaurants near as well all in all we had a awesome time would stay there again The host team was very responsive as well with any questions you might ask

The house was incredibly comfortable and exceptionally well-equipped. Although the exterior might not have been impressive, the interior was perfect for a large family. We had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The interior on the house was lovely and as pictured. Great kitchen. Exterior landscaping was in pretty bad shape. Rest of houses in neighborhood had well manicured front lawns. Ours was weeded and trash was scattered around parking area under the house when we arrived. Not great curb appeal, but again, interior was as described. Proximity to the beach access was excellent. Beach towels were provided. No chairs for beach. Only one tv remote in the house worked in the living room. Nothing in any of the three bedrooms worked. When we inquired, we were told to check the batteries. We asked if there were batteries in the house, we got no reply. It rained most of the time we were there, so access to entertainment in more than one more would have been nice, especially considering the price. Minor detail overall, however, better communication about the challenge would have been appreciated.

Al llegar no fue agradable el exterior de la casa ya que parecía abandonada (había restos de construcción, mal atendido el jardín y partes sin pintar. Al ingresar hacía más calor adentro de la casa que en exterior ya que no funcionaba el aire acondicionado. Por otro lado la casa se encontraba limpia y ordenada. Al día siguiente trajeron aires independientes para cada habitación, no para el living y cocina (dijeron que no tenían más). Recién dos días después vinieron a arreglar el aire acondicionado con lo cual tuvimos que estar 2 horas mientras lo hacían. De los ocho días de alquiler los tres primeros fueron decepcionantes, por otro lado el resto de la estadía estuvo bien. Buena ubicación.

Great place to stay, for up to 6 people. Nice house and kitchen but furniture was uncomfortable, king in master bed was also uncomfortable too, if it’s not super hot in the summer months I’m sure AC would be fine but wasn’t great and didn’t keep the place that cool the end of April when we were there.

First view,look like an abandoned house,dead leaves, garbage,loose wire in the first floor,and a flood area in front of the house for 5 days, inside the house we found sand on the kitchen floor,and the “island” kitchen was sticky, also the air conditioner has the setting at 78F, if you put a low temperature is only for 2 hours, imagine during the sleep hours, ex:do you placed 72F Ac at midnight at 02:00 the temperature increase up to 78 again, sometimes the temperature outside is 75 and we had 78 inside, finally We found the fire alarm in the kitchen beeping, I sent a message to mike the same day, but nobody came to fix it, we can not sleep first night, next day early in am, my wife and I fixed it, we reached the alarm through the second floor, she grabbed my belt and I changed the battery, I received $50 discount only, I’ll put some pictures , the house has a good location and potential, if someone ask me to rent or recommend this house,only if the company will fix all this issues

Steps away from the Gulf. Beautiful sunsets and morning walks. House had everything we needed and comfortable for the family. We enjoyed local restaurants and cooking at home. Would definitely come back.

The house is conveniently located just a minute walk from the beach. The beach is really nice, clean, and most of the time was practically empty. The house was very clean and spacious. Kitchen was greatly equipped, with a very good fridge, lots of dishes, cups, and utensils, and even reasonably sharp knives. We had a family of 4 people, and there was a lot of space. I think, the house can comfortably accommodate twice as many. Sheets on some of the beds looked like they haven't been replaced, and had stains of them. There were plenty of extra clean sheets and towels in the closet, so that wasn't a big problem. There is a space for several cars under the house. The territory around the house was very dirty, covered with garbage, debris, and lots of broken glass, so be very careful walking there barefoot. The dogs are not allowed on the beach, but there's a beautiful dog beach 5 minutes drive from the house. Overall, we liked this experience, and would gladly stay there again. July 2023

The house is totally comfortable; Excellent location just steps from the beach, it has an extra sofa bed, an extra room that does not appear in the photos with 3 beds, two personal and one double, in addition to the 3 main rooms. Excelent.. totally recommend.

Over all it was a lovley stay and my friends and I had a great time. The house was spacious and clean when we stayed there. Walking distance from the beach was easy and accessible!!! But other than that, I really did have a great time with everyone there. Beautiful kitchen and living room area, good for spending time with people!!!

Great location! The beach is amazing over there! Only a five minute walk! It’s so peaceful and quiet and the people are so friendly! Some of the Most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever seen! The house can you some upscaling ! Overall it was a great experience!
