A Quaint and Serene Neighborhood in North Naples

Michael was an awesome host, he is very responsive & helpful if needed. The house is in a very quiet and relaxing neighborhood. About a 10 minute walk to the beach. He also has bikes, beach chairs, toys for kids, etc. The house is very organized and great for any family to get away and relax. We definitely would rent from Michael again in the future! Thanks for giving us a great place for our family to vacate & make great memories!

We had a great stay at Michael's. We really enjoyed the pool & spacious place. Plenty of toys for the kids, bikes, beach chairs, and etc. Looking forward to another stay!

Amazing place! My family had a perfect summer vacation at this house, including my 2 dogs. Michael was always responsive and friendly. The house is just like the pictures, even more spacious. Well decorated with fully equipped kitchen and a big swimming pool, with lots of floaties. I really felt like we were at our own family’s beach house. The location were just perfect! Publix, Walmart and Trader Joe’s are really really close (4 minutes drive) and it is possible to walk to Valderbilt Beach (15min walk). A lot of amazing restaurants at Mercato (4 minutes drive as well). We also took our dogs to Bonita Beach Dog Park many times, it was super fun! I definitely recommend this place and we plan to be back again soon!

House was great with plenty of space for a group of 5. Loved the kitchen and the large pool especially. Naples is a beautiful area and this house is located a walkable distance to the beach. If you want to drive though, that’s a little further and beach park hours where the parking lots are located are limited and enforced .

Excelente ubicación, casa muy cómoda y con todo para estar tranquilo dentro de ella, caminando puedes ir a la playa, Solo recomendaría mejor iluminación para el área del BBQ.

We stayed at Michael’s place for 6 nights and absolutely loved our stay. We had myself and my husband, our 6 year old daughter and my husbands mother. We had plenty of room and we enjoyed the extra pool and beach toys, children’s books and thoughtful things like a nightlight in the kids room and the bathrooms. The kitchen was spacious and we felt comfortable enough to cook our own meals and enjoy them outdoors in the lanai. The pool was amazing. Warm and sunny and clean as a whistle. We also enjoyed the lanai in the evenings having a cocktail. We highly recommend staying here especially families with kids. The neighborhood felt very safe and welcoming. We went on bike rides and walks with no issues. The beach is a short distance, definitely walkable but too far with little ones and gear (which by the way was all provided in the garage). The parking ramp fills in the morning as the beach is very crowded, we assume because of the closures just to the north due to the hurricane.

We had a great stay. Very family friendly with toys and games in the living area and beach toys/beach chairs/pool toys/wagon/etc in the garage. The pool is a great size for young children. Close to lots of shopping and Vanderbilt is easily walkable.

This home was perfect for us! My husband, our daughter and 2 year old grandson came for a quick getaway. Bikes and pull behind were perfect for us to get to places since we did not rent a car. Beautiful pool with areas to relax outside were the perfect setting for relaxation and afternoon naps. Didn't see a book with instructions for tv's or area things to see, would be my only suggestion. Otherwise, the perfect spot!

This is a nice house with a pool. It is clean and stocked with enough kitchen items and a grill that you can cook your own food instead of eating out. We had our family of six and had plenty of room. The check in and check out process was very easy.

Pretty clean and really nice place. I would recommend staying there . The only real flaw I had with it was the highest cleaning fee of any of the rentals we looked at.
