The third bedroom is a converted den with pocketing doors for ultimate privacy and is contains a queen bed.

The open living space includes indoor dining for four at the kitchen counter, dining for four in the dining room and the private lanai offers seating for four with tranquil views of the lake and fountain — the perfect setting for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

For added convenience, the villa includes an in-unit washer and dryer, allowing guests to feel right at home during their stay.
