The front bedroom includes a queen bed and a fully accessible en suite bathroom featuring a roll-in shower and grab bars on both sides of the toilet. With no stairs and first-floor access, guests can move easily throughout the space.

The primary suite is privately positioned at the rear of the villa with a king bed, peaceful golf course views, and direct access to the lanai.

The open living area includes indoor dining for six and a dedicated workspace with desk and chair. Outside, the lanai features two cushioned, low-profile rocking lounge chairs overlooking the golf course — an ideal place to unwind.
