Welcome to our completely remodeled and designer furnished second floor condo in Park Shore Resort! Accessed by a common elevator or stairs, our condo is entirely set up as a luxurious vacation rental. The kitchen features quartz counters, a package of black appliances and a counter that seats 4. This unit has its own laundry that guests can use throughout their stay, a true luxury as any units do not have laundry in the complex!

*The condo has a King bed with a bunk bed in the front bedroom (#2) and a Queen bedroom in the back bedroom (#1) .
*There are 2 full size bathrooms - an en suite in bedroom # 1 and a full sized bathroom across the hall from bedroom #2
*There is casual indoor dining for 6 and enjoy outdoor meals on the lanai or at the grilling gazebo.
*The lanai has a high top table that seats 4 and a outdoor bench and 2 chairs with a coffee table.
*This is a second floor unit and there are stairs and a elevator to reach the second floor
*Parking is available and abundant and on the ground floor
*The screened lanai is easily accessed from the family room and the second bedroom and has beautiful views of the resort.
*Our condo is a 2 minute walk to the lobby and pool and restaurant

There is a maximum of 6 guests allowed per reservation. Occupancy is strictly enforced.

Guest Services and Conveniences: Our guest services desk is open from 7am to 11pm, ensuring you have everything you need during your stay. Complimentary coffee and tea are available in the lobby, and plenty of guest parking is provided.

Local Attractions:

Centrally located yet secluded on lush, private grounds, Park Shore Resort is the ideal Naples, Florida vacation spot for relaxation and comfort. The resort is walkable to some local shopping, dining and multiple grocery stores and about a 12 minute drive (4.4 miles) to downtown Naples. Horizon Way (1.8 Miles) and Seagate/North Gulfshore Beach (2.0 miles) accesses are the closest beaches to the resort. Another favorite spot is Venetian Village (1.2 miles) with waterside shopping and dining. Waterside Shops (0.9 miles) is a luxury shopping mall just a few miles away and you can enjoy nightlife or a movie at The Mercato (3.9 miles) or the Pavilion (3.7 miles)

Important Details:

A $115 required fob fee will be collected at the front desk upon check in for all reservations. This one time fee gives guests access to all of the Park Shore Resort amenities.

All bookings require the signing of a reservation agreement with Mike Z Rentals which will automatically be sent shortly after booking.

This condo and the on site rental program is managed by SW Florida-based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a staff member available at the front desk from 7AM until 10PM as well as a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager along with a professional cleaning partner to take care of all your needs while you are staying in this property.

Park Shore Resort is 30 miles from RSW - Fort Myers International Airport and the closest exit to I-75 is Exit #107 - Pine Ridge Road.
