Welcome to Park Shore Resort Naples, a tropical hideaway within a 13 acre subtropical oasis in the heart of Naples, Florida. Situated amid serene waterways and lush greenery, our resort offers a tranquil escape that feels miles away from the everyday hustle and bustle.

*The condo has a King bed, 2 twin beds, a pull out sofa and 2 full sized bathrooms
*This is a second floor unit and there are stairs and a elevator to reach the second floor
*There is a TV located in the family room, the main bedroom and the second bedroom (TV not pictured)
*There is casual indoor dining for 4 and enjoy outdoor meals on the lanai or at the grilling gazebo
*This deluxe model features the largest size unit available in Park Shore Resort and has the bedrooms on opposite sides of the condo and a open kitchen
*Parking is available and abundant and on the ground floor

There is a maximum of 6 guests allowed per reservation. Occupancy is strictly enforced.

**Please Note: The community is undergoing a window replacement project from May 15th to August 15th 2025. Each unit will take 2 days to complete and will not be able to be booked during the replacement. There will be no disruption to the community amenities or services during this time other than some construction noise/dust.**

Sports Facilities: Stay active with our diverse range of sports amenities. Enjoy a game of tennis on 2 courts or pickleball on 6 courts. We also have beach volleyball, a basketball hoop and racketball.

Fitness Center: Keep up with your workout routine in our fully-equipped fitness center located in the lobby.
Lakefront Walking Paths: Stroll along our scenic walking paths that wind around the central lake and enjoy watching our native wildlife including turtles, fish and wading birds that call the lake home.

Island Gazebo & Barbecue Grills: Enjoy a leisurely barbecue at our island gazebo, complete with grills for guest use so you don’t have to eat out every night if you don’t want to. Cheeseburger in Paradise, anyone?

On-Property Dining at Hogfish Harry's Restaurant & Bar:

Savor delicious meals at Hogfish Harry's with a full bar and delicious seafood. Whether you choose to dine indoors or al fresco with views of the pool and waterfall, you’ll enjoy a meal with a view. Take out is available too!

Local Attractions:

Centrally located yet secluded on lush, private grounds, Park Shore Resort is the ideal Naples, Florida vacation spot for relaxation and comfort. The resort is walkable to some local shopping, dining and multiple grocery stores and about a 12 minute drive (4.4 miles) to downtown Naples. Horizon Way (1.8 Miles) and Seagate/North Gulfshore Beach (2.0 miles) accesses are the closest beaches to the resort. Another favorite spot is Venetian Village (1.2 miles) with waterside shopping and dining. Waterside Shops (0.9 miles) is a luxury shopping mall just a few miles away and you can enjoy nightlife or a movie at The Mercato (3.9 miles) or the Pavilion (3.7 miles)

Important Details:

This unit does not have a washer or dryer in the unit. There is a laundry facility available at Park Shore Resort that is cash/card operated for guest use.

This condo and the on site rental program is managed by SW Florida-based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a staff member available at the front desk from 7 am until 11 PM as well as a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager to ensure a memorable stay!

Park Shore Resort is 30 miles from RSW - Fort Myers International Airport and the closest exit to I-75 is Exit #107 - Pine Ridge Road.

Always book this place when I'm in the area. Great size, location and friendly staff. Most importantly, it was peaceful. Great sleep, so convenient and such pretty surroundings.

Buyers beware you will pay $115.00 separately from the booking they call or a “key” fee which when I booked I assumed it would be a deposit fee but not its actual fee they charge and call it a kee making fee , asked for a late check out due to a late check in but was didnt even consider it but that he wrote me back and said I can check out for a late fee of $50 that’s it. I wouldn’t book again I would have just paid a stay on the beach instead of this and the only reason why I booked was because my son has a football game in that area. Please be aware of those fees you’re better off booking on the beach.

We do disclose the fob fee and late check-out policy prior to booking, and we understand that these additional costs can be unexpected. The fob fee is necessary for maintaining the security and management of the property, and we strive to be transparent about it. As for late check-out requests, they can indeed affect our housekeeping schedule and inspections, which is why they are subject to availability and a fee. We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t fully meet your expectations.
