Well Appointed Single Family Home With A Great Amenities Center

Upon entering the home you will come into the main hallway. As you walk down it to the right are two of the home’s four bedrooms. The second bedroom faces the front of the home and has a Queen bed, a large picture window that looks out towards the front yard, 2 lamps, a dresser and an accent chair.

The third bedroom is around the middle right of the home and has two twin beds, a dresserand 2 lamps. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and window blinds and have easy access to the second full sized bathroom. This bathroom has a shower and tub combo and a single vanity with a granite countertop.

As you head out of the bathroom and go towards the living space you will come upon the den/office. This room contains a computer and printer along with a desk and desk chair. There is a twin size foldable cot, suitable for both adults or children, that is stored in the closet which can be used for overnight guests. There is a seating area set up in the corner of the den that has 2 arm chairs and a small side table.

The back right of the home is the open concept living space featuring the family room, the kitchen and the dining space. You'll notice right away the beautiful views from this part of the home to the lake behind the house. The screened lanai is accessed from the family room with a set of sliding glass doors. The lanai has a screen door that can take you into the backyard. The home has a whole house water treatment system which helps to take the hardness out of the water.

Inside of the garage there are 2 bikes for guest use and the community has miles of sidewalks connecting every street in the neighborhood including to and from the amenities center. There are also beach chairs, a small cooler and a beach umbrella for guest use. Fort Myers Beach is the closest beach to the home and it is about a 35 minute drive from the home.

The back left of the home contains the main bedroom which also features a ceiling fan, window blinds and has breathtaking views of the lake behind the home. This room contains a King bed along with a large walk in closet. The attached en suite bathroom has a vanity with dual sinks, a water closet and a glass enclosed shower.

The gated community of Lindsford is chock full of amenities including a heated resort style pool and spa, 2 bocce courts, a half basketball court, 2 tennis courts, a children's playground, a fishing pier, and an indoor gym.

Lindsford is only about a 15 minute drive to downtown Fort Myers which has a wonderful riverside historic district full of fine and casual dining and nightlife. There are multiple historic museums/homes and gardens including The Edison Ford Winter Estate, the Burroughs Home and Garden, the Butterfly Estate and Artist Cottages and more! Cape Coral with its many water side restaurants is only about a 20 minute ride from Lindsford. The North Colonial-Linear Trail, a multi use hiking, biking and walking trail, goes through the community of Lindsford and has miles of trails to enjoy.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Fort Myers is a large metro area. The Fort Myers International Airport is a quick 20 minute drive from the home!

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property can not be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. There will be an additional HOA application fee paid directly to the HOA.
