Welcome to Park Shore Resort Naples, a tropical hideaway within a 13 acre subtropical oasis in the heart of Naples, Florida. Situated amid serene waterways and lush greenery, our resort offers a tranquil escape that feels miles away from the everyday hustle and bustle.

*Your accommodations include a King Bed, 2 Twin beds and a pull out sofa along with 2 full sized bathrooms
*This is a third floor unit and there are stairs and a elevator to reach the third floor
*There is casual indoor dining for 4 and enjoy outdoor meals on the lanai or at the grilling gazebo
*The view of the pool and of the high rises in neighboring Naples are spectacular!
*The interior has a modern and beachy theme
*This condo has a washer and dryer inside the unit for guests to use.
*Parking is available and abundant and on the ground floor

There is a maximum of 6 guests allowed per reservation. Occupancy is strictly enforced.

**Please Note: The community is undergoing a window replacement project from May 15th to August 15th 2025. Each unit will take 2 days to complete and will not be able to be booked during the replacement. There will be no disruption to the community amenities or services during this time other than some construction noise/dust.**

Fitness Center: Keep up with your workout routine in our fully-equipped fitness center located in the lobby.
Lakefront Walking Paths: Stroll along our scenic walking paths that wind around the central lake and enjoy watching our native wildlife including turtles, fish and wading birds that call the lake home.

Island Gazebo & Barbecue Grills: Enjoy a leisurely barbecue at our island gazebo, complete with grills for guest use so you don’t have to eat out every night if you don’t want to. Cheeseburger in Paradise, anyone?

Savor delicious meals at Hogfish Harry's with a full bar and delicious seafood. Whether you choose to dine indoors or al fresco with views of the pool and waterfall, you’ll enjoy a meal with a view. Take out is available too!

Local Attractions:

Centrally located yet secluded on lush, private grounds, Park Shore Resort is the ideal Naples, Florida vacation spot for relaxation and comfort. The resort is walkable to some local shopping, dining and multiple grocery stores and about a 12 minute drive (4.4 miles) to downtown Naples. Horizon Way (1.8 Miles) and Seagate/North Gulfshore Beach (2.0 miles) accesses are the closest beaches to the resort. Another favorite spot is Venetian Village (1.2 miles) with waterside shopping and dining. Waterside Shops (0.9 miles) is a luxury shopping mall just a few miles away and you can enjoy nightlife or a movie at The Mercato (3.9 miles) or the Pavilion (3.7 miles)

Important Details:

This condo and the on site rental program is managed by SW Florida-based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a staff member available at the front desk from 7 am until 11 PM as well as a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager along with a professional cleaning partner to take care of all your needs while you are staying in this property.

Park Shore Resort is 30 miles from RSW - Fort Myers International Airport and the closest exit to I-75 is Exit #107 - Pine Ridge Road.

Condominio muy antiguo, pequeño, le falta mantenimiento como algunos cuchillos de cocina tienen óxido en el filo. Los baños son antiguos y no sale mucha agua caliente. La cocina y los artefactos son antiguos y no hay plancha Al llegar nos cobraron $115 adicionales a la reserva que según Michael están explicitados en la página por el uso de las instalaciones. No usamos ninguna por que son viejas y no muy buenas pero nos cobraron igual Es el checkpoint más temprano de AB&B que he visto a la las 10 am u check in a las 16. Es de ir 6 horas para un lugar muy pequeño por que ofrece hacer check in más temprano si pagas extra. Es decir no importa el huésped solo generar más. No hay internet de la propiedad, solo es del resort que no es bueno No volvería ni lo recomendaría

My sister and I were looking for a location close to where my parents live and this worked out perfectly. The both of us only slept there so we can’t comment on the amenities but the beds and the room were great. We will use again in the future.
